These are supplied under strict Government regulation and require Government permission on a case by case basis to prescribe. Special Access Scheme Category B. The SAS application to prescribe has to be submitted by a Medical Practitioner or Specialist.
For the necessary ORDER FORM which has to be completed by a medical practitioner.
