Professor Barry Marshall
Tri-Med's medical director, Professor Barry Marshall, Nobel Laureate, developed the PYtest. Professor Marshall and Robin Warren M.D. were the first to discover the correlation between Helicobacter pylori and Gastric Ulcers. It was this discovery that led them to receiving the Nobel Prize in Medicine in December 2005. Prof. Marshall undertakes an active research program on Helicobacter pylori. See more on www.helico.com
